the sweetest people, kindest people, and some of the best mexican ive had (even compared to san diego mexican food). the lady at the window is so nice and comforting. she explains everything to you to make sure you get what you like and is very personable. the food... omg! i LOVE mexican food and this was so good i had my whole office hungry. seasoned perfectly, sauce was delicious, pastor is so so so good. i would eat here every day if i could. i was there and out in like 5 mins.

Mind. Blown. The hardest part was choosing what to order. Their menu has too many for one visit. I got two Panuchos (Asada and Pastor) because they are a Yucatan specialty. They are like an improved Tostada and so delicious ate before I thought about a picture. They were played beautifully with some dressed up chips. I also got a Nacho Burrito, which is outstanding.

I was in town for a week right down the street. Went 1 day early in the week and ended up coming back 5 times. Some of the best tacos and presentation I’ve ever had from a food truck and prices are good. I filled up every time!

This spot is an absolute treasure! We’ve been here 3 times in the last couple of months. I’ve never had a panucho before and immediately got hooked. Somehow they put a thin layer of refried beans inside the corn tortilla and it’s served like a taco. The meats are packed with flavor, and topped with fresh traditional Mexican toppings. Must go!!! Get the Panuchos, if you like tacos! You won’t regret it!

This is the BEST Mexican food truck in town, not even close! I had the Patron burrito and it’s unbelievable. Fresh herbs and veggies makes the dish. The salsa’s are amazing and fresh. Try it for yourself... the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The panuchos and tacos are SO GOOD! Seriously I went 3 days in a row last week because I couldn’t get enough. Highly recommend the cochinita and al pastor, but I haven’t had a bad thing here yet. The green sauce is elite- iykyk- so don’t skip it!

What really stands out are the prices and they aren’t shy when it comes to portions and the the quality of the ingredients are fresh. I got the horchata boba tea and it seriously hit the spot. Creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet—definitely a must-try. Great food, chill vibes. Will be coming back whenever I’m in the area. We stopped here because of the good reviews and I can tell you they weren’t wrong. The food was amazing! Sad we are not from around here and won’t be able to enjoy their delicious food again.
